Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
3. Procedure: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We'll guide you through the steps.
Note : If you order dress & we deliver you the accurate required size But you want to exchange with another size or article *500 DC will be applied

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
2. Timeframe: You must notify us of any defects within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
3. Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with clear photos of the defect. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Exceptions:

1. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange or return.
